Specialist, Workplace Wellbeing Lead

The Workplace Wellbeing Services Lead will support COVID-related services and wellbeing amenities managed by the Workplace Experience Team. This includes existing services – Contact Tracing and Testing; it will also include supporting and evolving future offerings including expanding existing onsite wellness support. Coordinate Testing and Nurse's Office Services; liaise with contracted medical services provider. COVID-related Policy Compliance: Track and report on testing compliance for accommodated employees. Contact Tracing: Provide coordination and oversight to McDonald's Corporate Contact Tracing process; execute contact tracing interviews and notification process. Support development and execution of workplace-based wellbeing initiatives for MHQ and other corporate office sites in partnership with Global People team members.
