- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated to deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and food/ingredient quality to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Create and maintain shift schedules for employees, taking into account business needs and employee availability.
- Train and develop new employees on company standards and procedures.
- Monitor and track sales and labor costs, making adjustments as needed to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with other managers and team members to develop and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant performance.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and positive employee morale.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety and sanitation.
- Act as a role model for employees, demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role, Preferably In The Food Service Industry.
Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Delegate Tasks To Team Members.
Knowledge Of Mcdonald's Operational Procedures And Commitment To Upholding Quality Standards.
Ability To Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints And Maintain A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction.
Availability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Ensure Proper Coverage For All Shifts.
