- Oversee and manage daily shift operations to ensure efficient and smooth functioning of the restaurant.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members to uphold McDonald's service standards and provide exceptional customer service.
- Create and maintain schedules for all team members, ensuring proper staffing levels at all times.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely ordering of supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and cleanliness regulations to provide a safe and healthy environment for both employees and customers.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Coach and develop team members to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the General Manager to achieve overall restaurant goals and targets.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Continuously monitor and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and appearance standards.
- Act as a role model for team members by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Knowledge Of Mcdonald's Policies And Procedures, Including Food Safety And Customer Service Standards.
Previous Management Experience In A Fast-Paced Environment, Preferably In The Food Service Industry.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Employees.
Strong Problem-Solving Abilities To Handle Any Issues Or Challenges That May Arise During A Shift.
