  1. Oversee and manage daily operations of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
  2. Train and supervise team members to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
  3. Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
  4. Create and implement efficient and effective work schedules for team members.
  5. Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  6. Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  8. Track and report sales and labor data to upper management.
  9. Motivate and coach team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
  10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  11. Collaborate with other managers and team members to achieve overall restaurant goals.
  12. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  14. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  15. Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

  • Previous Supervisory Experience In A Fast-Paced Environment, Preferably In The Food Service Industry.
