- Develop and implement governance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency in managing governance, risk, and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to enhance the company's compliance measures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Provide training and support to employees on governance, risk, and compliance processes and procedures.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors within the ServiceNow platform related to governance, risk, and compliance.
- Continuously review and improve governance processes and procedures to ensure they align with the company's goals and objectives.
Proficiency In Servicenow Platform: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Various Modules, Including Governance, Risk, And Compliance (Grc). They Should Be Able To Configure And Customize The Platform To Meet The Specific Needs Of Mcdonald's Corporation.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance: Mcdonald's Corporation Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, And Therefore, The Servicenow Admin-Grc Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements. They Should Be Familiar With Industry-Specific Regulations And Have Experience In Implementing Them Within The Servicenow Platform.
