  1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for the self-service kiosk initiative, in alignment with the overall digital transformation goals of the company.
  2. Lead and manage a team of developers, engineers, and designers to design, develop, and deploy self-service kiosk solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure the successful integration of the kiosk technology into the overall business strategy.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for new technology and enhancements to improve the customer experience.
  5. Ensure the security, stability, and scalability of the kiosk systems, and implement necessary measures for maintenance and troubleshooting.
  6. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of the kiosk project.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members to drive their professional growth.
  8. Represent the company at various industry events and conferences, and contribute to thought leadership in the field of self-service technology.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, and encourage the adoption of best practices and new methodologies.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source and implement new technology solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to the kiosk technology and its use.
  12. Communicate with senior management and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and key performance indicators.
