  1. Develop and maintain cybersecurity architecture for McDonald's Corporation to ensure the protection of digital assets.
  2. Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals in implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address potential security threats.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security standards are met in all areas of the organization.
  6. Manage the implementation of security solutions and technologies to mitigate risks and protect against cyber attacks.
  7. Provide guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices and strategies.
  8. Monitor and analyze security incidents, and develop incident response plans to minimize the impact of potential breaches.
  9. Oversee the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  10. Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of cybersecurity within the organization.
  11. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to cybersecurity.
  12. Manage and report on the cybersecurity budget, including forecasting and planning for future needs.
  13. Communicate effectively with senior management and executives on cybersecurity risks and mitigation strategies.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the cybersecurity team to enhance the organization's security posture.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Cybersecurity Architecture: A Senior Cybersecurity Architecture Manager At Mcdonald's Corporation Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Cybersecurity Architecture Strategies. This Experience Should Include Designing And Managing Complex Security Systems And Technologies.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Latest Security Standards And Best Practices, Such As Iso 27001, Nist Cybersecurity Framework, And Cis Controls. They Should Also Stay Updated On Emerging Threats And Technologies In The Cybersecurity Landscape.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Leading A Team Of Cybersecurity Professionals. They Should Also Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Risk Assessment And Management: A Senior Cybersecurity Architecture Manager Should Have A Strong Background In Risk Assessment And Management. They Should Be Able To Identify Potential Security Risks And Develop Strategies To Mitigate Them Effectively.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Cybersecurity Or A Related Field: Most Senior-Level Positions At Mcdonald's Corporation Require A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Or A Related Field. A Master's Degree In The Same Or A Related Field Is Highly Desirable And May Give The Candidate An Advantage Over Other Applicants.
