- Advise McDonald's Corporation on complex and high-profile labor and employment issues across its global operations
- Provide strategic legal counsel and guidance to senior management and HR teams on labor and employment matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with domestic and international labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement proactive strategies to mitigate labor and employment risks and ensure a positive employee relations environment
- Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations globally and provide updates and recommendations to the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Compliance, and Operations, to develop and implement policies and procedures related to labor and employment matters
- Represent the company in labor and employment-related legal proceedings, including litigation and government investigations
- Conduct training for HR and management teams on labor and employment compliance and best practices
- Provide support and guidance to regional legal teams on local labor and employment matters
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for the company on labor and employment law matters.
Extensive Legal Knowledge And Experience In Global Labor And Employment Laws: A Senior Counsel Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Complex And Constantly Evolving Labor And Employment Laws Across Different Countries And Regions.
Demonstrated Expertise In Managing Labor And Employment Matters: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Handling A Wide Range Of Labor And Employment Issues, Such As Wage And Hour Disputes, Discrimination Claims, And Collective Bargaining Negotiations.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Senior Counsel, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Representing Mcdonald's Corporation In Various Legal Proceedings And Negotiations. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills Are Essential For This Role.
