- Develop and implement strategies for managing and organizing records and information within McDonald's Corporation.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of databases and electronic systems for storing and retrieving records.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to records management.
- Train and provide guidance to employees on proper record-keeping procedures and standards.
- Design and implement procedures for effective and efficient record retention and disposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any information management issues or challenges.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity and security of records and information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements in record-keeping and information management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for outsourced record storage and management services.
- Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders to provide updates on record management processes and improvements.
- Lead and mentor junior members of the RIM team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures related to records and information management.
- Identify and analyze potential risks and make recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information and records.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration and functionality of information management systems.
- Prepare and present reports to management on the status of records and information management within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Management, Library Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Records And Information Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Regulations Related To Record Keeping And Information Management.
Extensive Knowledge Of Electronic Document Management Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
