- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable contracts.

- Utilize data and analytical tools to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Train and mentor junior procurement team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in strategic sourcing.
- Develop and present reports and presentations to senior management to communicate sourcing strategies, progress, and results.
- Continuously review and improve sourcing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Strategic Sourcing And Procurement.
Experience Working In A Global Environment And Managing International Supplier Relationships.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Interpret Data For Strategic Decision Making.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
