McDonald's Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Global Internal Audit team. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating and improving our internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.   1. Conduct complex audits of McDonald's Corporation's internal controls and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  2. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of McDonald's Corporation's business operations and processes to effectively evaluate and assess risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  4. Create detailed audit plans and execute on them in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Prepare comprehensive audit reports and presentations, highlighting key findings and recommendations to senior management.
  6. Monitor and report on the implementation of corrective actions and track progress towards improving internal controls and processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing to continuously improve the audit process.
  8. Ensure all audit activities are conducted in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge in internal auditing.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to discuss audit findings and recommendations.
  11. Proactively identify potential areas of risk and work with management to develop risk mitigation strategies.
  12. Maintain and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Internal Audit: The Senior Analyst Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit, Preferably In A Global Organization. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Audit Processes, Risk Assessment, And Internal Controls.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Senior Analyst Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Anomalies In Large Sets Of Data. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Their Findings To Stakeholders And Provide Recommendations To Improve Internal Controls.

  • Knowledge Of Global Compliance Regulations: Mcdonald's Corporation Operates In Multiple Countries, And The Senior Analyst Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Global Compliance Regulations And Laws. They Should Be Able To Ensure That The Company's Internal Audit Processes Align With These Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Senior Analyst Will Be Required To Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Management And External Auditors. They Should Have Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Information.
