Job Description

Oversee the intake, prioritization, capacity planning and delivery of digital channel Analytics and Insights projects for all agency partners. Direct agency project managers on overall prioritization, project direction and delivery expectations. Conduct necessary meetings including kick-off meetings, requirements gathering sessions, regular project check-ins and retrospectives Serve as the conduit between business strategic leads and agency leads throughout all stages of the project lifecycle and project stage gates. Build communication plans and ensure that all stakeholders and team members are aligned on priorities. Define success criteria for milestones identified and define how to measure overall project success. Identify process improvement opportunities through regularly scheduled retrospectives and stakeholder and partner interviews. Assist in vendor management (onboarding, contract reviews, assessments, scoping), manage budgets and financial forecasting.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience working in a QSR, or Retail environment preferred

  • A minimum of 5 years’ Project Management experience leading complex analytical and cross-functional projects

  • Understanding of test design and measurement methodologies with an ability to understand the core tenants of the analytics in support of that work
