PMO and Finance Manager

McDonald’s Corporation is looking for an experienced PMO and Finance Manager to join our team and drive our financial planning and analysis functions. We are looking for a professional who can help lead the business in understanding and managing our financial risks and opportunities. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently and manage multiple projects.The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes and a demonstrated ability to effectively manage budgets. The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management and stakeholders. 1. Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes according to company objectives.
2. Monitor and assess financial risks and opportunities, and devise strategies to address them.
3. Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
4. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
5. Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Create and maintain financial models for forecasting and analysis.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external financial partners.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, and apply them to financial planning and analysis processes.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
