
Planning, Alignment and Communications Supervisor

- Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives to ensure the alignment of McDonald's brand across all markets and regions.
- Oversee the development and execution of communication strategies to effectively convey the company's mission, values, and goals to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesiveness in messaging and branding efforts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategic planning and communication strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of planning, alignment, and communication specialists to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Foster strong partnerships with franchisees, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to drive alignment and promote the company's mission.
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective communication and alignment across the organization.
- Coordinate and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions to educate and align team members on company goals and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the success and effectiveness of planning, alignment, and communication strategies, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance and evolve McDonald's communication and alignment efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Retail Or Restaurant Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Strategic Planning And Project Management Principles.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With All Levels Of The Organization.
Demonstrated Experience In Executing Successful Communication Strategies And Campaigns, Including Social Media And Digital Marketing Initiatives.
