  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests at all times.
  2. Follow all company policies, procedures and standards to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
  3. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
  4. Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  5. Operate various kitchen equipment and follow food safety procedures.
  6. Prepare and cook food items according to company standards.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work station.
  8. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and managers.
  10. Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines.
  11. Assist in training new team members.
