  1. Develop and implement organizational design strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough analyses of current organizational structures and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the company's organizational design principles.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of new organizational structures and processes.
  5. Develop and maintain all documentation related to organizational design, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's design and make adjustments as needed.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organizational design and bring new ideas and concepts to the team.
  8. Train and educate employees on new organizational structures and processes to ensure smooth adoption and implementation.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by encouraging feedback and communication.
  10. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of organizational design with talent management and development initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Organizational Design, Change Management, Or Consulting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Organizational Design Initiatives In A Large, Complex Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Mcdonald's Business Model And Culture.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
