- Develop and implement organizational design strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analyses of current organizational structures and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the company's organizational design principles.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of new organizational structures and processes.
- Develop and maintain all documentation related to organizational design, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's design and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organizational design and bring new ideas and concepts to the team.
- Train and educate employees on new organizational structures and processes to ensure smooth adoption and implementation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by encouraging feedback and communication.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of organizational design with talent management and development initiatives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Organizational Design, Change Management, Or Consulting.
Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Organizational Design Initiatives In A Large, Complex Company.
Strong Understanding Of Mcdonald's Business Model And Culture.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
