1. Ensure the restaurant is clean and presentable for opening or closing, including restocking supplies and organizing the dining area.
2. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
3. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction with their meal.
4. Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes.
5. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Perform opening and closing duties such as setting up and breaking down equipment, counting inventory, and securing the restaurant.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure a smooth operation during both opening and closing hours.
9. Assist with training new team members and providing support to existing team members.
10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues in a timely and professional manner.
11. Follow company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, promoting a team-oriented and collaborative work environment.
13. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience and overall efficiency of the restaurant.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
