1. Ensure efficient and timely opening and closing procedures of the restaurant, including setting up and closing down equipment and cleaning and organizing the dining area.
2. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service at all times.
3. Assist in food preparation and production, following recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
4. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using cash registers and other point-of-sale systems.
5. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
6. Follow all company policies and procedures, including food safety, health, and safety guidelines.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
8. Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies to ensure availability for customers.
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating to a manager when necessary.
10. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
11. Adhere to all company standards regarding appearance, punctuality, and attendance.
12. Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic, taking initiative to complete tasks and assist team members as needed.
13. Follow all opening and closing procedures to ensure the security and safety of the restaurant and its assets.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
