  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Ensure the restaurant is clean and presentable before opening and after closing.
  3. Set up and prepare necessary supplies and equipment for the day’s operations.
  4. Follow established procedures for opening and closing the restaurant.
  5. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Assist in stocking and organizing inventory.
  7. Take and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work station.
  9. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  10. Provide prompt and friendly customer service.
  11. Communicate any issues or concerns to the management team.
  12. Assist in training new team members.
  13. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  14. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  16. Adhere to scheduled shifts and arrive on time.
  17. Be knowledgeable about menu items and promotions.
  18. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
  19. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  20. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Customer Service: A Candidate For The Opening/Closing Team Member Position At Mcdonald's Corporation Should Have Prior Experience In Customer Service, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry. This Will Ensure That They Are Able To Provide Excellent Service To Customers And Handle Any Customer Complaints Effectively.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Good Communication Is Essential For This Role As The Opening/Closing Team Member Will Be Required To Interact With Customers, Take Orders, And Communicate With Other Team Members.   • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Mcdonald's Restaurants Are Known For Their Fast-Paced Environment, Especially During Peak Hours. The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Well Under Pressure And Maintain A Positive Attitude To Ensure That Customers Are Served Promptly And Efficiently.

  • Availability For Flexible Working Hours: Opening/Closing Team Members May Be Required To Work Early Mornings, Late Nights, Weekends, And Holidays. Therefore, A Candidate Should Be Willing To Work Flexible Hours As Per The Needs Of The Restaurant. This Will Ensure That The Restaurant Operations Run Smoothly And Efficiently At All Times.
