In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand's online presence and engage with our customers.   1. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the McDonald's brand's online presence.
  2. Engage with customers through various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platforms to ensure McDonald's remains relevant and current.
  4. Utilize analytics and data to track the success of social media campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing and business objectives.
  6. Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms that align with the brand's messaging and tone.
  7. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify social media reach and engagement.
  9. Develop and manage a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  10. Monitor and report on social media metrics and provide insights to inform future strategies.
  11. Stay informed of industry-related news and best practices to continuously improve social media efforts.
  12. Train and educate other team members on social media best practices and encourage a social media mindset throughout the organization.
  13. Stay current on legal and ethical guidelines for social media marketing and ensure all content adheres to these standards.
  14. Brainstorm and execute innovative ideas to engage with customers and increase brand loyalty through social media.
  15. Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with larger marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Social Media Marketing, Preferably In The Food Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Brand Management And Ability To Develop Cohesive Social Media Campaigns
