- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote McDonald's brand and engage with customers.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Analyze social media analytics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and reach of social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for McDonald's to connect with customers.
- Manage and grow McDonald's social media presence, including responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on the latest social media algorithms and best practices to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
- Create and manage social media advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and drive business goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Provide regular reports and updates on social media performance to management.
- Train and mentor team members on social media best practices and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations, and make recommendations for new and innovative ways to engage with customers through social media.
- Ensure all social media content and campaigns are in compliance with McDonald's policies and guidelines.
- Represent McDonald's in a positive and professional manner in all social media interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Social Media Marketing, Preferably In The Food Industry.
Knowledge Of Current Social Media Trends And Best Practices.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Analytics And Ability To Track And Report On Social Media Performance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
