McDonald's Corporation is looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager, Beverage & Guest Value Strategy to join our team. The team works with a cross-functional group of stakeholders to create, execute, and measure the success of campaigns. We’re looking for someone who can bring a consultative approach to our marketing efforts, helping us to find the best solutions to drive results.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer marketing. Experience in the fast food or QSR industry is highly preferred. The candidate must also demonstrate a strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand positioning, digital marketing, and the ability to take a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to create campaigns that drive brand loyalty and engagement. In addition, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
