  1. Oversee all internal and external communications for McDonald's U.S. system, ensuring consistency and alignment with company's strategic objectives.
  2. Develop and implement communication strategies that effectively convey company initiatives and updates to team members and stakeholders.
  3. Lead and manage a team of communication professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of communication materials.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and disseminate relevant information to the U.S. system, including senior leadership, franchisees, and employees.

Job Qualifications
