As the Manager, Solutions Architect for Oracle Cloud ERP & Integrations, you will utilize your expertise to design, implement, and manage solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across our global organization.   1. Develop and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation within the organization.
  2. Lead and manage integration projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
  3. Utilize strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
  4. Design and architect scalable and reliable solutions that align with our digital transformation goals.
  5. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  7. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all integration projects.
  8. Conduct regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and any potential risks.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards in all solution designs and implementations.
  10. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
  11. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to identify and implement new technologies and solutions.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud ERP solutions and provide training and support to end-users.
  13. Lead and manage a team of solution architects, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous learning.
  15. Act as a representative of McDonald's Corporation and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
