1. Develop and implement technology initiatives that will enhance operations and improve the customer experience at McDonald's restaurants.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technology integration and optimization.
3. Lead and manage technology projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery within budget and scope.
4. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for their potential use in McDonald's operations.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for technology initiatives.
6. Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness and impact of technology initiatives on operations and customer satisfaction.
7. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
8. Train and mentor team members on new technology systems and processes.
9. Ensure compliance with all technology and security protocols and policies.
10. Develop and manage technology budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures.
11. Represent McDonald's in technology-related conferences and events.
12. Communicate regularly with senior management on the progress and results of technology initiatives.
13. Develop and maintain technology standards and guidelines for McDonald's operations.
14. Act as a liaison between the technology team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient communication and collaboration.
15. Provide leadership and direction to the technology team and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
