As the Manager of Offensive Security, you will play a crucial role in protecting our company's digital assets and ensuring the safety of our customers' personal information.   1. Develop and implement offensive security strategies and tactics to protect McDonald's digital assets from cyber threats.
  2. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address any potential weaknesses in our systems.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and proactively implement measures to mitigate these risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security protocols are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of security professionals to ensure the highest level of protection for McDonald's systems and data.
  6. Monitor security logs and alerts to quickly identify and respond to any potential security breaches.
  7. Communicate security risks and incidents to senior management and provide recommendations for remediation.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and stay informed of industry best practices.
  9. Continuously assess and improve McDonald's security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  10. Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Offensive Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Offensive Security, With A Strong Understanding Of Various Attack Techniques, Tools, And Methodologies.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: A Manager Of Offensive Security Should Be Well-Versed In Industry Standards Such As Iso 27001 And Regulations Such As Gdpr, As Well As Have Experience Implementing And Maintaining Compliance.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Offensive Security Professionals, As Well As Collaborate With Other Departments And Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Teams And Projects.

  • Technical Expertise: Along With A Strong Understanding Of Offensive Security, The Candidate Should Have In-Depth Technical Knowledge Of Network And System Security, Web Application Security, And Cloud Security. Professional Certifications Such As Oscp, Ceh, Or Cissp Are Highly Desirable.

  • Communication And Problem-Solving Skills: A Manager Of Offensive Security Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Security Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Mitigate Security Risks And Incidents.
