- Develop and implement offensive security strategies and tactics to protect McDonald's digital assets from cyber threats.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address any potential weaknesses in our systems.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and proactively implement measures to mitigate these risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security protocols are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Lead and mentor a team of security professionals to ensure the highest level of protection for McDonald's systems and data.
- Monitor security logs and alerts to quickly identify and respond to any potential security breaches.
- Communicate security risks and incidents to senior management and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and stay informed of industry best practices.
- Continuously assess and improve McDonald's security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Extensive Experience In Offensive Security: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Offensive Security, With A Strong Understanding Of Various Attack Techniques, Tools, And Methodologies.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: A Manager Of Offensive Security Should Be Well-Versed In Industry Standards Such As Iso 27001 And Regulations Such As Gdpr, As Well As Have Experience Implementing And Maintaining Compliance.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Manager, This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Offensive Security Professionals, As Well As Collaborate With Other Departments And Stakeholders. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Teams And Projects.
Technical Expertise: Along With A Strong Understanding Of Offensive Security, The Candidate Should Have In-Depth Technical Knowledge Of Network And System Security, Web Application Security, And Cloud Security. Professional Certifications Such As Oscp, Ceh, Or Cissp Are Highly Desirable.
