Manager of Cybersecurity Governance & Compliance

McDonald's Corporation is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as Manager of Cybersecurity Governance & Compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about cyber security and interested in helping protect McDonald's Corporation from threats and risks.The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or a related field, as well as at least five years of experience in cyber security, governance, compliance and/or risk management. Candidates must also have experience in developing and managing policies, processes and procedures related to cyber security, as well as extensive knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Responsibilites:

1. Develop and manage policies, processes and procedures related to cyber security.
2. Ensure that all cyber security related activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
3. Analyze cyber security threats and risks to the organization and develop strategies to mitigate them.
4. Monitor the organization’s cyber security systems and investigate any security incidents.
5. Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions for remediation.
6. Stay up to date on the latest cyber security trends and technologies.
7. Educate staff on cyber security best practices and develop awareness programs.
8. Prepare reports on cyber security related activities and present them to senior management.
9. Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to ensure that cyber security standards are met.
10. Assist in the implementation of new security technologies and solutions.
