Manager, Global Talent Strategy & Design

Serve as project manager and/or design contributor for our core talent management practices and products including performance management, talent review, succession planning, leadership models, and assessments. Engage in ongoing stakeholder management through effective collaboration with HR and COE partners. Provide thought leadership, creative vision, guidance, and advocacy for diversity, equity and inclusion for talent projects Use modern practices, research and methodologies to design talent practices and programs that are easy to use, support our people and drive the business. Lead change management efforts needed to help drive adoption across our markets and departments, including building deployment and communication plans. Provide counsel and advice to leaders regarding ongoing review of talent and building future talent pipeline.
