- Develop and implement strategic public relations plans to effectively promote and protect the McDonald's brand and reputation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries and proactively pitch stories to secure positive media coverage.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers to increase brand awareness and positive perception.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, communications, and operations teams, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide regular reports to senior management on public perception and industry trends.
- Respond to and manage crisis communication situations in a timely and effective manner.

- Train and support franchise owners and store managers on public relations strategies and tactics.

- Manage the budget for field public relations activities and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Represent McDonald's at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
- Lead and mentor a team of public relations professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Uphold McDonald's values and standards of excellence in all interactions with customers, media, and stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of public relations programs and initiatives.
Extensive Experience In Public Relations: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record In Managing Public Relations Initiatives, Preferably In The Fast Food Or Restaurant Industry.
