  1. Develop and implement strategic public relations plans to promote and enhance the McDonald's brand.
  2. Build strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community organizations to generate positive coverage and brand awareness.
  3. Serve as the primary spokesperson for McDonald's Corporation and effectively communicate key messages to the media and public.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
  5. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform PR strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain crisis communication plans to effectively address any potential issues or negative publicity.
  7. Train and coach regional public relations managers to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all locations.
  8. Plan and execute press events, product launches, and other PR initiatives to generate buzz and drive business growth.
  9. Monitor and analyze media coverage and develop reports to measure the effectiveness of PR strategies.
  10. Represent McDonald's Corporation at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the brand.
  11. Stay up-to-date with emerging media trends and incorporate them into PR strategies to reach a wider audience.
  12. Manage the PR budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum impact.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the reputation of McDonald's Corporation through creative PR initiatives.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all channels.
  15. Uphold the values and standards of McDonald's Corporation and serve as a role model for all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Public Relations, Preferably In The Food Industry

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Media, Stakeholders, And Team Members

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Pr Campaigns And Events

  • Knowledge Of Digital And Social Media Platforms, As Well As Crisis Management And Brand Reputation Management Strategies.
