- Develop and implement effective communication strategies for our field operations, in line with the company's overall objectives and goals.
- Act as a liaison between the corporate office and field operations, ensuring clear and consistent communication at all times.
- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Oversee the production and distribution of all communication materials, such as newsletters, emails, and training manuals, to ensure they are timely, accurate, and engaging.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics and provide recommendations for improvement based on data insights.
- Lead and manage a team of communication professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesion and consistency in messaging across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our communication strategies.
- Handle any crisis communication situations effectively, with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that embraces diversity and promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Communications Or Public Relations.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Diverse Audiences.
Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Communication Strategies Across Multiple Locations.
Knowledge Of The Fast Food Industry And Familiarity With Mcdonald's Brand And Values.
