Legal Billing Supervisor

Administering the outside legal spend tool (i.e., the Onit e-billing tool). Onboarding and training of new spend tool users. Ensuring electronic invoices are flowing through the legal spend tool accurately. Maintaining workflows in Onit e-billing. Collaborates with IT and Onit Support to identify, address and escalate technical issues with Onit e-billing. Uses McDonald’s legal service request app to maintain e-billing tool and responds to support tickets in a timely fashion. Supports legal spend reporting. Provides ongoing support, communications and training to internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, team leads, in-house attorneys and billing coordinators. Supports broader OCM program, including annual law firm reviews, diversity initiatives and RFP processes and reviews data to identify noncompliance with OCM guidelines where relevant.
