- Design and develop innovative and effective training programs for McDonald's employees at all levels, from franchisees to crew members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Ensure training materials and programs are aligned with McDonald's brand standards and objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and data analysis.
- Manage and lead a team of learning experience designers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of training materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring new ideas and strategies to the organization.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
- Collaborate with technology teams to leverage digital learning tools and platforms for training delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support training initiatives.
- Monitor and manage the budget for learning experience design projects.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Represent Learning Experience Design team in cross-functional meetings and projects as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Designing And Developing Learning Experiences, Preferably In A Corporate Or Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Experience With E-Learning Authoring Tools And Learning Management Systems.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
