  1. Design and develop innovative and effective training programs for McDonald's employees at all levels, from franchisees to crew members.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and develop strategies to address them.
  3. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  4. Ensure training materials and programs are aligned with McDonald's brand standards and objectives.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and data analysis.
  6. Manage and lead a team of learning experience designers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of training materials.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring new ideas and strategies to the organization.
  8. Work closely with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
  9. Collaborate with technology teams to leverage digital learning tools and platforms for training delivery.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support training initiatives.
  11. Monitor and manage the budget for learning experience design projects.
  12. Act as a thought leader and advocate for continuous learning and development within the organization.
  13. Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  14. Represent Learning Experience Design team in cross-functional meetings and projects as needed.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and teamwork.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Designing And Developing Learning Experiences, Preferably In A Corporate Or Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Experience With E-Learning Authoring Tools And Learning Management Systems.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
