  • Lead and manage technical incidents in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal impact on customers and business operations.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in incident response, including identifying root causes, developing action plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain incident response strategies, protocols, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical incidents.
  • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues and improve overall product quality.
  • Monitor and analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement and proactively implement preventive measures.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to keep them informed of incident status, risks, and action plans.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple incidents simultaneously, ensuring appropriate resources are allocated and deadlines are met.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to technical product management and incident response.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members on incident management best practices, technical product management, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Take ownership of incident management metrics and regularly report on key performance indicators to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve complex technical issues and escalate as needed.
  • Continuously review and improve incident response processes to ensure they align with industry standards and best practices.

Job Qualifications
