IAM Engineer - Privileged Access (PAM)

- Develop and implement privileged access management strategies and policies to ensure the security and integrity of McDonald's critical systems and data.
- Design, implement, and maintain PAM solutions to control and monitor privileged user access.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks related to privileged access and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of PAM solutions with other security tools and processes.
- Monitor and analyze privileged access activities to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PAM systems and tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in PAM and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Train and educate employees on PAM best practices and procedures.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to PAM processes, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance PAM capabilities and address any issues or concerns.
Extensive Knowledge Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Principles And Best Practices, With A Focus On Privileged Access Management (Pam).
Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Pam Solutions In Large Enterprise Environments.
Strong Understanding Of Security And Compliance Requirements, Such As Pci Dss And Gdpr, And Their Impact On Pam Processes.
Proficiency In Using Pam Tools And Technologies, Such As Cyberark, Beyondtrust, Or Thycotic.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Identify And Address Pam Needs.
