- Oversee all human resources functions for the corporate center, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and values.
- Create and maintain a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Work closely with upper management to identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with other HR managers to implement company-wide initiatives and programs.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to managers in conducting effective evaluations.
- Address and resolve any employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.
- Partner with the finance department to manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Act as a point of contact for employees to address any HR-related questions or concerns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external HR vendors and service providers.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment that values and respects all employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resource Management Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Fast-Food Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws, Regulations, And Hr Best Practices
Proven Leadership And Team Management Abilities, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously.
