  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
  3. Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for all guests by maintaining a clean and organized lobby and dining area.
  4. Ensure that all customers receive timely service and their orders are accurate.
  5. Promote a positive image of the company through your interactions with customers.
  6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  8. Continuously uphold and adhere to company policies and standards.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador by being knowledgeable about the company's products and services.
  10. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  11. Display a strong work ethic and reliability by being punctual and prepared for shifts.
  12. Take initiative to identify and address any potential issues or opportunities for improvement.
  13. Attend company training and meetings to stay updated on policies, procedures, and products.
  14. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards to ensure the health and safety of customers.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by treating colleagues and customers with respect and kindness.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Hospitality Ambassador At Mcdonald's Corporation Must Possess Strong Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Customers And Provide Them With A Positive Dining Experience.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In Customer Service Is Highly Desirable For A Hospitality Ambassador Role. This Includes The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Professionalism And Provide Exceptional Service To Customers.

  • Multitasking Abilities: Working In A Fast-Paced Environment, A Hospitality Ambassador Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once, Such As Taking Orders, Serving Food, And Handling Customer Inquiries, While Maintaining A Friendly And Welcoming Demeanor.

  • Team Player: Mcdonald's Corporation Values Teamwork And A Hospitality Ambassador Must Be Able To Work Well With Others In A Team Setting. This Includes Being Able To Take Direction From Managers And Collaborating With Other Employees To Ensure A Smooth Operation.
