- Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employee relations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team and other departments regarding employee relations matters.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, and provide fair and timely resolutions.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in employee relations and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs for managers and employees on topics such as diversity, inclusion, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to develop and update employee policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Represent McDonald's in external employee relations forums and maintain positive relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support and guidance to managers on performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers on all employee relations matters.
- Continuously assess and improve upon the company's employee relations practices to ensure a fair and equitable workplace for all employees.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Conflict And Build Relationships With Employees At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Employee Relations Strategies In A Large, Fast-Paced Organization.
