  1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Ensure a clean and inviting environment for customers by monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  3. Train and supervise team members on customer service best practices and McDonald's service standards.
  4. Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, striving to resolve any issues and leave customers satisfied.
  5. Monitor and maintain the quality of food and service provided to customers.
  6. Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service to set the standard for the rest of the team.
  7. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the overall guest experience.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, pricing, and promotions to assist customers with their orders.
  9. Coordinate and oversee the seating and waiting areas to ensure efficient flow and minimal wait times for customers.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth and successful operation.
  11. Stay current on company policies and procedures, as well as any updates or changes.
  12. Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
