- Train and mentor team members on providing exceptional customer service and resolving any guest concerns or issues.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Serve as a role model for the team by consistently providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute promotional activities and events to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure that all customer-facing areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of guest-related items, such as menus, condiments, and promotional materials.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to continually enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene standards, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Strong Customer Service Skills: The Guest Experience Lead Must Have Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills To Ensure A Positive Experience For Customers.
Leadership Experience: This Role Requires Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Position, As The Guest Experience Lead Will Oversee A Team Of Employees And Ensure Smooth Operations.
Multitasking Abilities: With A Fast-Paced And Busy Environment, The Guest Experience Lead Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
