- Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their experience and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Train and supervise team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.

- Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and company policies to answer questions and make recommendations to guests.
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee breaks and shifts.

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests and team members.
