  1. Greet and welcome guests to McDonald's Corporation in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guests' needs and inquiries.
  3. Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their dining experience and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
  4. Train and supervise team members on how to deliver excellent customer service.
  5. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience.
  6. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant by engaging with guests and creating a personalized experience.
  7. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable environment for guests.
  8. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting McDonald's products and services to guests.
  10. Keep track of guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
