As the Guest Experience Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall guest experience, ensuring that each and every customer leaves our restaurants with a smile.   1. Oversee the overall guest experience in our restaurants, ensuring that it aligns with our mission of providing exceptional experiences.
  2. Train and coach team members on delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  3. Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience.
  4. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, striving to find solutions and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  6. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests, leading by example and setting the tone for exceptional customer service.
  7. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests.
  8. Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and company policies to accurately answer any questions or address any concerns from guests.
  9. Keep track of and report on customer feedback and trends, providing valuable insights to management for future improvements.
  10. Assist in setting and achieving sales and customer service targets, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

  • Customer Service Experience: As A Guest Experience Lead, Candidates Should Possess A Strong Background In Customer Service, With Proven Experience In Handling Customer Inquiries, Complaints, And Providing Exceptional Guest Experiences.
