  1. Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the restaurant.
  2. Ensuring that all guests are served in a timely and friendly manner.
  3. Managing the overall dining experience for guests by monitoring the quality of food, service, and cleanliness.
  4. Providing leadership and guidance to the front-of-house team, including servers, cashiers, and hosts/hostesses.
  5. Training new team members on customer service standards and company policies.
  6. Handling and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
  8. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed.
  9. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
  10. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  11. Assisting with scheduling and managing the front-of-house team to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  12. Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  13. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the guest experience and implementing new ideas and strategies.
  14. Communicating effectively with restaurant management and other team members to ensure a smooth operation.
  15. Upholding the values and image of McDonald's Corporation at all times.
