- Develop and implement security strategies and measures for McDonald's cloud-based infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Conduct regular security assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities or threats to our cloud environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy secure cloud solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends and best practices in GCP and make recommendations for improvements to our security policies and procedures.
- Conduct training and education sessions for team members on cloud security protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and work towards preventing future occurrences.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work closely with IT and engineering teams to ensure security is built into all aspects of our cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and security partners to evaluate and implement additional security measures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for GCP security and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Develop and maintain documentation for security processes, procedures, and protocols.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our security posture through testing, analysis, and updates to security policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and management to provide updates on security initiatives and any potential risks.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency response and resolution of security incidents.
- Serve as a mentor and leader for junior team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Extensive Experience With Google Cloud Platform (Gcp) Security Architecture And Implementation.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Network Security Protocols, Encryption Methods, And Security Tools.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud Security Best Practices, Compliance Requirements, And Industry Standards.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Security Solutions For Large-Scale, Multi-Cloud Environments.
