Franchising Development Specialist
Coordinate touchpoint calls with all potential franchisee candidates. Process data entry tasks both with accuracy and speed using our candidate management system. Recording and maintaining all candidate records to adhere to relevant standards in a confidential manner. Collate information and assist in the preparation of statistical information and monthly reports (reconcile invoicing). Identify discrepancies in candidate records, raise exceptions and track using the exceptions register. Undertake general administrative duties in a professional manner. Provide support to other departments within US Franchising.
