Job Description

McDonald's Corporation is looking for an experienced, passionate FP&A Manager, Customer Experience to join our team. We are looking for an individual who can work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to support and drive the customer experience globally. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a combination of strong financial acumen, deep understanding of customer experience, and an innovative approach to problem-solving.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience, ideally within customer experience, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline. Previous experience in a multinational corporation is a plus.This position requires an individual who can think strategically, identify opportunities to drive the customer experience, and lead the development of plans and initiatives to improve performance. The FP&A Manager, Customer Experience must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Most of all, the ideal candidate should have a passion for customer experience and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop financial plans and initiatives to drive customer experience globally.
  2. Lead the development of customer experience plans and initiatives.
  3. Analyze customer experience data and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
  4. Provide financial acumen and insight to stakeholders in customer experience projects.
  5. Manage multiple customer experience projects simultaneously and efficiently.
  6. Generate reports and presentations for management.
  7. Monitor customer experience trends and performance.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in customer experience.
  9. Utilize data-driven methods to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  10. Keep up to date with market trends and regulations that could impact customer experience.
