McDonald's Corporation is seeking an experienced and innovative Global PMO Lead to join our dynamic Finance Transformation team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive the successful implementation of the company's global finance transformation strategy. The successful candidate will have an advanced understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to lead a team of project managers to deliver against the project objectives.The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of leading successful projects. In addition, the candidate should have relevant experience in finance transformation, managing complex, cross-functional projects, and managing global teams.   1. Lead the successful implementation of the company's global finance transformation strategy.
  2. Manage a team of project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.

  6. Oversee complex, cross-functional projects.
  7. Manage global teams and ensure successful outcomes.
  8. Possess a strong understanding of finance processes, systems, and data.
  9. Create and maintain project plans and timelines.
  10. Monitor progress of projects and ensure successful completion.
