- Conduct regular inspections of restaurants to ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards.

- Serve as a liaison between the restaurants and corporate headquarters, providing updates, feedback, and recommendations.

- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, and share knowledge with team members and restaurant staff.
- Travel to restaurants within the designated region as needed to provide on-site support and training.

- Represent the McDonald's brand with professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.
Extensive Experience In Restaurant Operations Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Restaurant Operations, Preferably Within The Fast Food Or Quick Service Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations, Inventory Management, And Customer Service Best Practices.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Field Operations Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Restaurant Locations And Leading A Team Of Managers And Employees. Therefore, Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Train Others, Are Essential.
