  1. Oversee the daily operations of multiple McDonald's restaurants within a designated region.
  2. Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive results.
  3. Train and develop restaurant managers and staff on company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of restaurants to ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives and procedures to improve overall efficiency and profitability.
  6. Serve as a liaison between the restaurants and corporate headquarters, providing updates, feedback, and recommendations.
  7. Monitor and manage inventory levels, food and labor costs, and other key performance indicators to maximize profitability.
  8. Provide guidance and support to restaurant managers in resolving customer complaints and addressing operational issues.
  9. Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices, and share knowledge with team members and restaurant staff.
  11. Travel to restaurants within the designated region as needed to provide on-site support and training.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that values teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
  13. Represent the McDonald's brand with professionalism and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Restaurant Operations Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Restaurant Operations, Preferably Within The Fast Food Or Quick Service Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations, Inventory Management, And Customer Service Best Practices.
