- Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer behavior and competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and systems to accurately track and monitor pricing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve margins.
- Provide guidance and support to pricing team members and other departments on pricing-related matters.
- Communicate pricing strategies and results to senior management and stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve pricing processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging pricing tools and techniques to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with pricing regulations and laws.
- Monitor and report on pricing performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Train and develop team members on pricing best practices and tools.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 7 Years Of Experience In Pricing Strategy, Analytics, Or Revenue Management.
Strong Analytical Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Actionable Insights.
Experience In The Restaurant Or Retail Industry, Preferably In A Multi-Unit Environment.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
